These are prime realestate areas for the homebuyer. There many homes available under foreclosure laws right now, and investors are eating them up!
You must look alot in many areas to compare prices, location & home details. If you do your homework, you will find many deals waiting for a buyer!
However, you must also pay attention to certain factors.
1.) Is the home FREE of any collections?
2.) Is the home SAFE?
3.) Have ou investigated crime & property values in the neighborhood?
4) Have you had the home completely inspected by a licensed contractor!
5.) What are the taxes per year (summer/winter)?
6.) What had the home last sold for & when?
7.) Why did it sell?
8.) Are there any “Assessments” to the property?
9.) Walk the area at daytime & nighttime on a weekend.
10.) Talk to a few neighbors, and get a sense whom you would be living next to.
If you follow these 10 simple rules, you should prevail in a home that you can be proud of!
