The President seems to support the idea. They do have a constitutional right, but that mosque will be used as symbol of victory and propaganda if it is built in the ashes of the 9/11 attack. What do you think?
One Response to “Should the Mosque be built on Ground Zero in NYC?”
I do agree that they have a Constitutional right to build, however, there is the moral issue which should trump their ability to build. Add into that the questions of funding, inability to denounce Hamas, City Zoning and the fact that it is in fact a builiding that should have been included into the Ground Zero area, when the plane’s landing gear crashed thru it! The building was never searched for victims! Why not? Good question to ask is just when was the building purchased? Before or after 9/11??
Why did they originally name it Cordoba, a caliphate that ruled the Iberian peninsula and crushed Christianity?

Too many questions and no answers!
